Returns, Cancellations, Liability Policy & Delivery Costs

 

Right to Cancel or Amend Orders

Customers have the right to cancel or amend their order before it has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately via email (Harry@back-yards.com). Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations or amendments are no longer possible, but you may return the item in accordance with our returns policy.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item after it has been dispatched, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Unless otherwise stated, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the item is returned due to a change of mind or an error on the customer’s part, you may be required to cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us before initiating a return to confirm the process.

Lost, Delayed, or Misrouted Orders

We strive to ensure your order is delivered on time and in good condition. However, we cannot be held liable for any supplementary costs incurred by delays, loss, or misrouting caused by the courier. If your order is lost, delayed, or misrouted, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

Delivery Arrangements and Costs

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of your order.

  • Standard UK Delivery: From £3.50, 2-3 business days.
  • International Delivery: Prices vary on location, 7-14 business days.
